BT-9806 is β-Crystal nucleating agent with high tech patent product made of rare-earth which can improve toughness, heat distortion temperature of polyolefin resins without degrading other mechanical properties. The application is available for injection molding, high foaming products and thermal deformation materials and biaxially stretching film.

 

Features: 

1. Non-toxic and odorless;
2. The impact strength can be increased from 1-6 times while   maintaining rigidity;  
3. Heat resistance can be increased 10-40℃;
4. The structure would be still stable enough after few times processing.

What is Nucleating Agent?

Nucleating Agent is a kind of additive which is suitable for incomplete crystallized plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. By changing the crystallization behavior of resin and accelerate the crystallization rate, can achieve the purpose of shortening the molding cycle, increasing clarity surface gloss, rigidity, thermal deformation temperature, tensile strength and impact resistance of finished products.
Polymer modified by Nucleating Agent, It not only retains the original characteristics of polymer, but also has better performance price ratio than many materials with good processing performance and wide range of application.
